Berry Picking with Friends

Yesterday we loaded up and headed north on 65 to pick strawberries. If you have been around a while you will remember last years post... And I am not techie enough to give you the link to look back.... Same place more friends this year!

The old man that I guess owns the farm told us he thought Barak Obama was blowing into his farm when all four of our black SUV's pulled in! Ha!

We had a great time finding red ripe berries and being in the great outdoors.

I can't even tell you how much better fresh picked strawberries are compared to the ones you get in the store.

I have already made my moms delicious strawberry cake.... And we have almost eaten the whole thing!

I am going to attempt fruit roll ups tomorrow... Will report back if successful.
