Here is the recipe below and the source is plain chicken.com

Baked Brie Bites
Mini phyllo tarts ( in the freezer section by the desserts)
Brie, cubed
Brown Sugar Chopped Pecans
Honey
Place cubes of Brie in phyllo tart, sprinkle with 1/2 tsp of pecans, 1/2 tsp brown sugar and a good drizzle of honey. Bake for 15 or so minutes at 350 or until Brie is melted. These are best served pretty warm. So easy, so delicious and pretty darn impressive looking!
( I bought a round piece of brie and 2 packages of phyllo cups and still had half of the Brie leftover) and you can adjust the amounts based on your taste preference. I added a little bit more honey because I love honey!!
While on the subject of Pinterest (what will they think of next) I saw this on a friends Facebook page and nearly wet my pants.... HILARIOUS!!!!!

I do love Pinterest and if I ever move out of Canterbury Gardens aka College Row I have lots of ideas pinned and waiting to be put to good use!
But in the meantime I continue to be inspired by recipes and crafts and give credit where credit is due.
Hope you all have a great weekend.
