Wrapping it up - Christmas!

Well- here we are almost to the middle of January and I am still posting about Christmas. Christmas day was fairly low key... early morning followed by a great breakfast and lots of present opening. It was a McKenna Christmas. For those of you unaware of the American Girl craze.... McKenna was doll of the year in 2012. After December 2012 they retire her. McKenna is a gymnast doll... this was an Olympic year and every little girl wanted McKenna because of the US Gymnastics team.... Santa was barely able to get Mckenna. She was back ordered and made it just in time! He had to get some of her accessories off EBAY since everything was sold out! We had friends in Chicago and New York stalking the AG stores! Needless to say it all worked out and Mary Drew loves her! As evidence of matching nightgowns and leotards.

The day after Christmas it snowed! I secretly didn't want it to because I had cabin fever and was ready to get out of the house. Surprisingly Mary Drew could have cared less about it. We went out and rode her bike a little, threw a few snowballs and called it a day!

And we are officially done with Christmas!
