A Recipe a bowl and a memory

We went to some friends for dinner this past week and I made Monterey Jack salsa. I always serve it out of this bowl that I brought back from Mexico. In College. On Spring Break. 10 YEARS ago. How is that possible??? Seems like yesterday I was in Puerto Vallarta eating guacamole at the Westin! Fun times!!! Anne and I lugged these bowls back home and it has stayed with me through several moves! And every time I use it I am reminded of the fun times I had on that trip way back when!!!!

This recipe is a no brainer and always a hit! I do not use the Italian dressing.... Just lime juice and I always shred my own cheese vs the bagged stuff.

I have written two posts from Mary Drew's birthday and I am having trouble posting them. Hopefully I can figure it out this weekend.
