A little recipe....

Ok, well it's not technically a recipe because I don't have exact measurements but you can play with it and adjust to your taste!

I grew up loving blue cheese dressing.... I have very fond memories of eating pizza as a child with an iceberg salad with green olives and creamy blue cheese dressing.

I had bought a giant tub of blue cheese crumbles a while back at Costco and have been making blue cheese dressing. I found a recipe online and have tweaked it to our taste. It is delicious over a crisp iceberg wedge or fresh sliced tomatoes! Perfect for this time of year.

So here is the recipe (sort of):
Mayo
White wine vinegar.... A splash!
Blue cheese crumbles as much or as little as you like...
Pressed fresh garlic
Fresh Grated pepper
And a splash of milk

I like it chunky and smooth.... What an oxymoron!

Combine all ingredients and adjust to taste! Pour in mason jar and chill!




Doesn't look like much but it is so good and so much bettered than bottled dressing.... And SUPER easy!!!
