Love that Pioneer Woman!

I know so many people love her but I cant help but love every recipe I make of hers. My mother in law recently gave me a signed copy of her cookbook and I love it. However, I tend to cook more recipes from her blog. I made beef with snow peas tonight and it was so good and easy, too! She claims it is a "16 minute" recipe.... Meaning it will take you 16 minutes. I am your average cook and it took me more like 30. But still not bad for a one dish meal complete with meat, carbs and green veggies. **Also, I added low mein noodles to the whole dish. She says to serve over rice.... And I did broccoli and snow peas.... And replaced garlic for the Ginger.
