Burgers, Blueberries and Boatrides

We were invited out to a friend of my brother Johnny's lake house today for boat rides and lake festivities. Mary Drew has been asking for weeks to go on a boat ride. Since we live less than 2 blocks from the river she is constantly seeing boats and asking 5 million questions about them. (On a side note I don't know why I was ever worried about her speech. Now I can't get her to stop talking!) So, back to the lake.... We had a hamburger lunch followed by fresh blueberries straight off the bush that we picked ourselves! Then we headed out for a boat cruise! Mary Drew loved every minute and even took a dip in the lake.




















We did have one MINOR meltdown.... The lifejacket was not her favorite.
